Huahong puts 12-inch production line into operation in Wuxi base

On 17 September, Wuxi Integrated Circuit R&D and Manufacturing Base (Phase I) under Huahong Group put its 12-inch production line into operation formally to produce 55 nano chips, marking that the project formally enters production and operation period from construction period.
With a total investment of USD10 billion for the base and an investment of about USD2.5 billion for Phase I project, Huahong Group's Wuxi Integrated Circuit R&D and Manufacturing Base mainly constructs a 90-65/55 nano integrated circuit production line which is characterized by 12-inch and has a monthly production capacity of 40,000 pieces.
