GME's sales of NCM precursor up by 170% YOY in H1 2019

On the evening of August 20, GME released its semi-annual report for 2019. During the reporting period, the company's NCM precursor shipments increased substantially to 33,000 tons, an increase of 170% compared with the same period last year, accounting for more than 20% of the world market, ranking in the forefront of the world industry.
GME said in its semi-annual report that following the signing of the strategic supply agreement with ECOPRO in December 2018 to supply 170,000 tons of NCA high grade nickel precursors in the next five years, in March 2019, it signed a purchase agreement with Ronbay Technology for 29,300 tons of NCM precursor materials, and in April 2019, it signed a 33,000 tons NCM precursor material with Xiamen Tungsten Industry, and a cooperation agreement of 45,000 tons of NCM precursor materials with Brunp Recycling Technology. In the next three years, GME has signed a 300,000-ton order of NCM precursor, which further consolidates its core position in the domestic and global market of high grade nickel NCM precursor materials.
During the reporting period, the company sold nearly 2,000 tons of cobalt carbonate, up by 157% YOY.
