Panzhihua government and Fujian Kuncai sign the framework agreement on titanium deep processing cooperation

On June 29, Jia Ruiyun, Secretary of the CPC Panzhihua Municipal Committee, met with Fujian Kuncai Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ("Kuncai Science and Technology") businessmen who came to Panzhihua to dock the project.
