Alliance Mining Commodities invites bids for Guinean bauxite project

Alliance Mining Commodities (AMC) invited bids to install a 5km power transmission net of 11KV in order to supply power for the Guinean bauxite project.
On 15 May, 2018, during the conference held by national assembly of Guinea, AMC was approved to make second supplement for Mining Agreement regarding to the project.
AMC obtains a bauxite deposit in Koumbia, Gaoual of Guinea with area of 760km2 and expects to produce bauxite from 2019. The phase I project would be invested with USD120 million and has an annual production of 4 million tons of bauxite. The phase II would include a railway of 126km, which connects the deposit and the port; its annual production would rise to 10 million tons.
