Lomon Billions announces that the board of directors held a meeting on April 8, 2019 to consider and adopt the "Proposal on Investment and Construction of High-end Titanium Alloy New Material Projects with an annual output of 30,000 tons", and agreed to the investment and construction mentioned above implemented by Henan Billions New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Material Company"), the holding subsidiary of the company. The project aims to develop high-end titanium alloy materials and create a more perfect titanium industry chain by making full use of existing production equipment and titanium industry production experience.
According to the announcement, the project is located in the industrial park of Lomon Billions Group in the western industrial park of Jiaozuo city, with an estimated investment of 1.98 billion yuan and a construction period of two years.
