It is reported that Xinjiang's first titanium full-industry chain project with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons of titanium sponge and titanium alloy has been completed and put into trial operation in Hami, and is expected to be formally put into operation by the end of April.
It is understood that the project is funded by Hunan WJQ Light Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "WJQ Group"), with a total investment of 7.6 billion yuan. Its main products are titanium sponge, high-performance titanium alloy plates, high-precision titanium alloy pipes, high-quality, wide-width and heavy-rolled strips, which are the key basic materials of "aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships". It can achieve annual sales revenue of 3.1 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 1.19 billion yuan.
