Chinalco Assets and Yunnan Metallurgical Group establish business cooperation

On December 27, 2018, Chinalco Assets visited Yunnan Metallurgical Group and Yunnan Aluminum for the in-depth discussions on closer business cooperation.
Yunnan Metallurgical Group is China's major industrial enterprise that is engaged in the mining, dressing, processing, exploration, research, design, engineering and trading of resources including aluminum, lead & zinc, manganese, titanium and silicon. In June 2018, Yunnan Metallurgical Group was acquired by Chalco. Chinalco Assets is 100% owned by Chalco and is mainly in charge of the management of the non-core business assets and entrusted enterprise assets.
During the talks, both sides promised to attach great importance to communication in the future and establish a strong cooperative partnership, and at the same time, to accelerate the realization of win-win cooperation and development.
