On December 24, Fengyuan Chemical announced that its first Li-ion battery ternary material production line had achieved quantity production and consumers which had passed professional certification had placed purchase orders and began to use the products in their operation.
The company's 5,000tpy Li-ion battery ternary material project has a total investment of about RMB196.3 million and is located in the Shandong city Zaozhuang. Its workshops have a total area of about 6,000m2. When the project is fully built, its annual sales revenue is expected to be RMB1.17 billion and annual net profit about RMB100 million.
