From January to November, domestic iron ore concentrate dropped by 14.54 million tons from the same period last year, including 5 . 9 million tons for large and medium-sized mining enterprises and 8 . 6 million tons for small mining enterprises.
Regionally, 10 million tons were cut in Hebei, 1.34 million tons in Inner Mongolia, 1 . 29 million tons in Hubei, 1 . 13 million tons in Anhui, 1 million tons in Yunnan and 810,000t in Shanxi . But Liaoning increased its output by 5 . 5 million tons.
In terms of the decline rate, provinces like Guizhou, Jiangxi, Heilongjiang, Hubei and Hainan saw the largest decline, with their output decreasing by over 20%. The output of some provinces or regions like Jilin, Hebei, Guangdong, Yunnan, Fujian, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi decreased by more than 10%.
