Yulin government holds meeting on magnesium industry development

On November 23, the Shaanxi-based Yulin government held a meeting in Fugu county on local magnesium industry development. Officials from local industry and information, technology, quality monitoring and finance authorities made introductions on overall status, technical innovation, quality monitoring and financial policies of the local magnesium industry. And representatives from local major magnesium companies introduced their projects.
Yulin Vice Mayor Mr. Zhang Shengli pointed out that magnesium and aluminum are the two major development directions for local industry, and he required local government and companies to join hands in doing the following work in the future: learn advanced experience of other regions; formulate magnesium and aluminum development plans; build national-level magnesium and aluminum research and quality monitoring centers; give more support to magnesium and aluminum companies; cultivate example-following companies for the local magnesium and aluminum industries; solve transportation and safety-production related issues.
