CITIC Pacific Special Steel signs framework agreement with Jingjiang government

CITIC Pacific Special Steel Holdings signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on October 31st with the government of Jingjiang, Jiangsu.
According to the agreement, the party committee and government of Jingjiang municipal city will fully support Jingjiang Special Steel Co., Ltd. to research, produce high-end steel pipes and supply related services, actively cultivate it as a high-tech company of Jiangsu and help it in terms of technology, taxation, talent introducing; meanwhile, CITIC Pacific Special Steel will increase its investment in Jingjiang Special Steel and establish a research institution on steel pipes in Jingjiang Special Steel. It's said that the institution will focus on researching special steel products used in the equipment, transportation, energy and other industries that China strongly supports and heavily invests so as to improve the industrial position of steel pipe strategic products to be produced by Jingjiang Special Steel.
