Shenwu Environmental Technology reaches strategic cooperation with CHALCO's subsidiary

Shenwu Environmental Technology ("Shenwu") announced on December 28 that it signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement ("the Agreement") with China Aluminum Ningxia Energy Group Co., Ltd., CHALCO's subsidiary ("the Subsidiary") on December 27 on deep strategic cooperation in ethylene manufacturing and coal clean and efficient utilization.
China Aluminum Ningxia Energy Group Co., Ltd. is a central enterprise, a subsidiary of CHALCO, an important enterprise, and the largest energy platform of CHALCO in Northwest China. The Subsidiary will cooperate with Shenwu on ethylene manufacturing and coal clean and efficient utilization under the condition that the Subsidiary will improve its efficiency of operation of coal mines and power plant.
According to Shenwu, it may attract new shareholders by private placement and will invite the Subsidiary and local government as the objects.
