Ganfeng Lithium plans to raise the quota of lithium carbonate and anhydrous lithium chloride with RMB45 million

Ganfeng Lithium released a report on the evening of December 24th that the company signed the Investment Agreement with Shenzhen Zhaoxin Energy Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Jintai Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd. on December 22nd, 2017. Ganfeng Lithium planned to invest RMB45 million of self-owned capital to establish Qinghai Zhaofeng Litiium Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Qinghai Zhaofeng) with the above two companies. 7,000t of battery grade lithium carbonate production line and 10,000t of anhydrous lithium chloride production line will be established in the first phase.
Ganfeng Lithium holds 45% of shares of Qinghai Zhaofeng, the registered capital of which is RMB100 million.
