Yun-tin acquires Honghe Resources with two lead-zinc ore prospects by RMB50 million

Yun-tin Group Co., Ltd. (Yun-tin) announced on 9 Dec that it plans to acquire 100% shares of its subsidiary - Honghe Resources (Honghe) by own funds of RMB50.4354 million, and would get the two lead-zinc ore prospects of Honghe meanwhile.
Yun-tin will become the shareholder of Honghe and hold all shares after the transaction.
Yun-tin could lay foundation for mineral mining and improve prospecting and resource guarantee ability to fulfill further need for mines integration via this acquisition. And mines in South of Geijiu would be more integrated and the operation efficiency would be improved then.
