India lodges anti-dumping investigation on Chinese photovoltaic products

India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on July 21st that India lodges an anti-dumping investigation on imported photovoltaic cell and components native to Mainland China, Taiwan China and Malaysia.
Wang Hejun, director of Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOFCOM commented that Chinese side wishes India to focus on the overall situation and hold a cautious attitude toward the case, as well as carrying out the investigation strictly in accordance with laws and regulations and avoiding abuse of trade remedy measures.
