Jinwang Bismuth to finish construction of bismuth-based deep-processing materials and medicines base

Construction of Jinwang Bismuth’s high-tech production base for bismuth-based products and medicines will be completed in September in high-tech zone of Chenzhou, Hunan.
With a total investment of RMB838 million, the project covers an area of 86 hectares and is divided into two stages. Phase Ⅰ of the project has an investment of RMB271 million and mainly builds workshop for producing raw drug and workshop for producing chemical materials. The total capacity is 6,000tpy with 500tpy of bismuth subnitrate, 500tpy of bismuth subcarbonate, 200tpy of bismuth aluminate, 2,000tpy of bismuth nitrate pentahydrate, 900tpy of bismuth subnitrate, 1,000tpy of bismuth salicylate / bismuth neodecanoic acid, 500tpy of bismuth citrate, and 400tpy of bismuth hydroxide respectively.
Phase Ⅱ of the project has an investment of RMB567 million and will officially start construction in early 2019. Capacity of main products include 500tpy of high purity bismuth, 100tpy of bismuth nanoparticles, 100tpy of bismuth telluride, and 500tpy of bismuth-based alloy materials.
After the project goes into operation, the industrial chain of Jinwang Bismuth will be further completed and Jinwang Bismuth will provide more key bismuth materials for China’s science and technology domains such as nuclear energy, superconductor material, energy device, oil exploration, and medicine by then.
