Hongchuang Holding to invest RMB200 million to build cast rolling production project of high precision aluminum plate

Hongchuang Holding (002379) announced on 7 July that it plans to invest RMB200 million to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hongye Aluminum Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name) in Shandong Binzhou Zouping with the registered capital of RMB200 million, and build a cast rolling production project of high precision aluminum plate with an annual capacity of 150,000t. The proposal has been examined and passed by the board of directors.
The announcement showed that the planned company engages in production and sales of high precision aluminum plate strip and foil, sales of aluminum mechanical equipment and accessories and labor protection and office stationery, and imports and exports within files (above production projects exclude smelting; projects need official approval should not carry out operating activities before obtaining relevant approval). The complete capital is from Hongchuang Holding which will invest in cash with self-owned fund.
The construction of the project will be started in August 2017 with the construction period of 18 months.
