According to the announcement of Zhejiang Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. on the evening of July 3rd, it wins bidding project of Inner Mongolia Zhonghuan Solar Material Co., Ltd. referring to the purchase of the equipments for its 4th-phase industrialization engineering on monocrystalline silicon material used in renewable solar energy battery and silicon monocrystalline wafer used in ultra-thin and high-effective solar battery. The bidding values over RMB1 billion and the actual value will be subject to the contract which will be signed later.
It’s expected that the bidding value this time will account for over 91.62% of revenues of Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical audited in 2016 and thus will bring active influences on the future of the company.
