The Chinese indium ingot 99.99%min market saw stalemated transactions in April and prices remained the weakening tendency in H1 of the month while kept stable in H2. Due to increasingly dull demand, producers and traders continued to lower quotations slightly in H1 of April in a bid to promote transactions but saw limited results; buyers were continuously negative about the market outlook, as they were reluctant to hold stocks in bulk affected by weak demand. Forced by the environmental protection pressure, the operating conditions of producers were poor in H2 of the month with temporarily stable prices.
