The vanadium pentoxide flake industry witnessed a low level of operating rate affected by the environmental protection inspection during March, with supply for the material remaining tight; as most downstream manufacturers made bulk purchases before the Spring Festival, their stocks were sufficient and transactions in the market were slow with generally stabilized prices in early-to-mid March.
