China's major metals outputs in April

On May 18, National Bureau of Statistics of China unveiled latest statistics on outputs of major metals in April, 2017.
In April, China’s copper cathodes output was 724,000t, up by 5.5% YOY; from January to April, its copper cathodes output totaled 2.859 million tons, up by 7.0% YOY.
In April, China’s lead output was 412,000t, up by 4.6% YOY; from January to April, its lead output totaled 1.681 million tons, up by 9.3% YOY.
In April, China’s zinc output was 474,000t, down by 5.6% YOY; from January to April, its zinc output totaled 19.58 million tons, up by 0.7% YOY.
In April, China’s electrolytic aluminum output was 2.766 million tons, up by 7.6% YOY; from January to April, its electrolytic aluminum output totaled 10.973 million tons, up by 10.1% YOY.
In April, China’s aluminum alloy output was 716,000t, down by 13.7% YOY; from January to April, its aluminum alloy output totaled 2.648 million tons, up by 15.5% YOY.
