Recently, Taizhou Huangyan Environmental Protection Bureau carried out inspections on enterprises related to waste lead acid battery, including companies of automobile dismantling, maintenance and sales, as well as telecommunication base stations.
Some automobile maintenance and 4S stores were found to have problems in their administration of storage warehouses for risky and waste products, such as uncategorized storage, flaking-off labels, unstandardized collection, storage and treatment. Such companies were required to make corresponding rectifications.
Next, in order to eliminate security malaises, Huangyan Environmental Protection Bureau will carry out another campaign to crack down illegal operating activities related to waste lead acid battery.
