As market participants had yet to return to the selenium powder and selenium dioxide markets in H1 of February after the Spring Festival, the markets ran quietly with almost no fluctuation in prices. Owing to almost no purchases in the Chinese markets, the European selenium powder market was relatively weak. Some unreasonable quotations before the festival were reduced in H2. The Chinese selenium market saw limited transactions on the whole in February.
