Shenzhen Huaqiang acquires 70% of shares of Pengyuan Electronics by USD89.275 million

Shenzhen Huaqiang announced in the January 20th evening that they have reached a consensus on acquiring 70% shares of Pengyuan Electronic with shareholders of Pengyuan Electronic to strengthen the layout in distribution industry of electronic components and have more downstream customers. The acquisition price is determined at RMB616 million. The shares of the company will resume trading from January 23.
Pengyuan Electronics provides the core electronic components, application solutions and technical services for power electronics, new energy automobile and other industries and has a long-term and stable relations of cooperation with the world famous brand IXYS, WOLFSPEED, TAMURA, PAYTON, YM - TECH, HJC agent. It’s the global largest agent of IXYS, WOLFSPEED. It’s expected that the net profits deducting non-recurring profit and loss attributing to parent company was RMB61.46million（USD8.907 million） in 2016. The operating income in 2016 was RMB979.68 million (USD141.983 million).
The company released business result forecast at the same day and expects that the net profits attributing to shareholders of listed company is RMB375.58-450.69 million (USD54.43265.317 million), up by 0%-20%.
