Hunan ZhaohengWeile (Shimen) Tungsten resumes production

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 2 Mar 16 - A source told Asian Metal that as demand from downstream industry picked up after the Spring Festival, Hunan ZhaohengWeile (Shimen) Tungsten Co., Ltd. resumed production on 13th,Feb. The plant is running at full operating rate to satisfy downstream orders at the moment.
“Our plant mainly produced tungsten bar which supply to downstream tungsten electrode plant in Hangzhou. At the moment, the raw materials’ prices increase slightly and consumers return to the market. Our orders increased after the Spring Festival Holiday, so we resumed production early after the short overhaul,” said the source, adding that the plant produced 12 tons of tungsten bar in January and produced more than five tons of tungsten bar in February. They hold little stocks in hand now and plan to run at a full operating rate.
Hunan ZhaohengWeile (Shimen) Tungsten Co., Ltd. is located in Hunan, which is a son company of Shenzhen Winner Tungsten Products Co., Ltd. Its annual production capacity of tungsten bar is 300t and all the materials are supplied to the other tungsten electrode plant of the group in Hangzhou.
