The domestic thermal coal market remained weak this month. And the price of thermal coal dropped slightly in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and Anhui. While the prices of thermal coal were steady temporarily in Shaanxi , Shandong, Hebei, and Heilongjiang, but the market saw few deals. The price of thermal coal at north ports dropped again this month. The sales situation of Indonesian thermal coal and Australian thermal coal was poor and the prices also showed down. The prices of thermal coal drop again at Northern Ports China and the price of thermal coal also show down in some coal-production areas, which make thermal coal market in the downturn again. But most coal mines are losing money now and they have strong willingness to keep the price stable, so a comprehensive analysis suggests the prices of thermal coal will be stable next month.
