In June, antimony market moved weakly impacted by slowed demand from downstream industries. The prices of antimony concentrate, antimony ingot and antimony trioxide all decreased with a sharp markup in Chinese and overseas markets. It was learned that most smelters kept low level of operating rate due to low concluded prices this month. Under continuous weak demand and active smuggling, suppliers faced great downward pressure in price.
