Over the course of this month, prices for steel plate in some China’s major cities increased supported by the stronger demand after the Spring Festival holiday. However, the sales volume shows signs of shrinking at the end of the month, with prices for raw materials downward. Therefore, insiders expect to see a slight price decrease in steel plate market next month.
