Chinese zircon sand market was still quiet in December and most were small deals. For the sales and stocks pressure, the transaction prices also softened a bit. Zirconium silicate producers still reduced their output but held offers stable. Zirconium oxychloride was quiet but most producers kept prices stable considering that the price was hovering at production cost.
