As major rare earth groups and exchange were stockpiling dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide 99.99%, suppliers were in no hurry to reduce stocks for dysprosium and terbium related products. The markets for dysprosium and terbium related products saw increasing prices. However, the demand for other products remained soft and the markets witnessed sliding prices. Consumers from both domestic China and overseas held wait-and-see attitudes. It was hard for suppliers to make deals.
