Chinese domestic silicon carbide market kept stable in December. Grade-two silicon carbide market remained active, but other black silicon carbide market stayed sluggish. Downstream consumers had no plan to stockpile at the end of this year and most of them only purchased according to their immediate needs. Black silicon carbide prices had kept firm since the beginning of December without any change. Foreign consumers were reluctant to send orders in export market, so the overall export market was quiet at the end of December due to the approaching Christmas and New Year holidays.
