Chinese aluminum semi-products export kept growing, but the growth was not stable. Meanwhile, the semi-products been exported were still mainly low value-added kinds, such as low-end aluminum sheet and strip. Aluminum sheet& strip exports recovered strong growth this year, while aluminum sections exports dropped a lot due to penalty duty by foreign countries. Furthermore, aluminum price gap between Chinese and foreign market also confined Chinese aluminum semi-products. The condition showed little signal to get better.
