Due to the abundant supply within the Chinese gallium metal 99.99%min market, the competition among the suppliers was quite fierce. Thus, the mainstream prices of the material slipped to RMB1,190-1,230/kg (USD192-198/kg), down by RMB20/kg (USD3/kg) compared with that of February. While most of the Chinese suppliers focusing on long-term contracts, spot market saw inactive purchasing activity. The consumers only planed to make procurement in small volume in case of further dropping.
