In October, Chinese vanadium market moved weakly with poor demand and few deals concluded. Most buyers still held wait-and-see attitudes towards the market. In order to stimulate sales, producers were forced to lower their prices, but received little effect. Meanwhile, Chinese vanadium export market continued being quiet and saw rare new deals. The majority of overseas buyers were in no hurry to make purchases. Some exporters reduced their quotations to make deals.
