Bayan Resources raises coal output and sales targets in 2021

Indonesia Bayan Resources announced recently that it raised its coal output target in 2021 from the original 26 million tons to 32-34 million tons as coal prices went up.
According to the preliminary data, the company produced 30 million tons of coal in 2020, exceeding the revised output target of 26 million tons; its coal sales in 2020 were 37 million tons.
The company also raised its coal sales target in 2021 from the original 30-31 million tons to 32-34 million tons.
By late December 2020, the company had signed coal orders of 27.20 million tons for 2021 in advance, equivalent to 80% of its sales target . Of all the orders of 27 . 20 million tons, 75% were signed at floated prices and 25% at a fixed price.
