On October 28, Xinjiang Xiangsheng Advanced Material Technology Co., Ltd. formally started the construction of high-performance titanium and titanium alloy new material project with an annual output of 30,000t in Recycling Industry Park, the south of Hami High-tech Zone.
According to reports, the project plans to invest RMB9.8 billion (USD1.46 billion) and is expected to complete the construction of the entire industrial chain project with an annual output of 50,000t of coal, electricity and titanium during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. After completion, it would fill in the blank of titanium-free industry in Xinjiang.
