Guangdong Weihua's subsidiary Zhiyuan Lithium to sell fine ground lithium hydroxide to LGI

On the evening of August 4, Guangdong Weihua Limited announced that its fully-owned subsidiary Sichuan Zhiyuan Lithium Co., Ltd. recently signed a supply agreement with LGI. According to the agreement, LGI will purchase from Zhiyuan Lithium fine ground lithium hydroxide; in particular, 1,500t will be delivered within the period from July to December 2020, and the volume to be purchased in 2021 will be decided upon by the two sides by December 31, 2020.
According to Weihua Limited, LGI is a subsidiary of LG Group; cooperation with the South Korean company will help expand its lithium chemical business.
