On February 18, the Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Detailed rules for the implementation of financial subsidies for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles in Shenzhen in 2019-2020", which divided the purchase subsidies applied for new energy vehicles in Shenzhen into three situations. Among them, the third one refers to "new energy vehicles licensed after August 7, 2019 will no longer be provided with purchase subsidies."
