On the evening of February 18, Fangda Carbon announced plans to use the remaining RMB199 million (USD28.30 million) of one project and RMB146 million (USD20.76 million) cut from the other project's funds to purchase the 46.73% equity in Jiangsu Koppers Carbon Chemical Co., Ltd.
