GEM's subsidiary secures ternary precursor supply contract

On the evening of March 14, GEM's subsidiary GEM (Jingmen) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on supply of ternary precursors with Ningbo Rongbay Lithium Battery Materials ("Rongbay"). According to the agreement, Rongbai will purchases from GEM (Jingmen) ternary precursors on a monthly basis, purchases within three years will total 29,300t, the agreement will come into effect on the signing date and expire on December 31, 2021.
