Yunnan Aluminum to set up innovation center with CHALCO's research institue

The signing ceremony of a joint innovation center to be built by Yunnan Aluminum Co., Ltd. and CHALCO Material Application Research Institute was held on August 16.
During the ceremony, the two parties conducted a dialogue on joint innovation center for the first and reached agreements on the innovative and industrial applications of advanced production technology and deep-processing technology for aluminum alloy. They also set development objectives and agreed on jointly establishing hardware and software sharing platform, science and research platform, and post-service platform, to ensure effectiveness of cooperation. Both parties will devote great efforts to developing the innovation center into one of the top innovation bases in China which will provide technology support for the competitive environment friendly, low carbon water-power-aluminum integrated industry.
