Jingyuan Coal & Electricity announced on 10 August that one of its affiliated coal mines was blacklisted for safety production dishonest conducts.
According to the company, the mine will remain normal operation within one year after being blacklisted, but will suffer negative impacts in obtaining government financial support, participating in government procurement and rating and declaring EIA for reconstruction and expansion projects. As a result, the company won't suffer significant losses in production and operation.
