Shanxi Juhua puts aluminum base new material project into operation

Being constructed for one year, the 30,000t aluminum base new material project of Shanxi Juhua New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanxi Juhua) was put into operation on 31 July. As one of 80 key projects in Hejin city, the high-tech environmental-friendly project will produce a new type of aluminum base catalytic material mainly used as petrochemical catalyst. The material could also be used as adsorbent and desiccant.
According to Mr. Guo Xiaochen, General Manager of Shanxi Juhua, it's a high-end sophisticated deep-processing project locating in Hejin Aluminum Industrial Park. With three construction stages and a construction period of 3-5 years, the project will finally have an annual capacity of 30,000t. With an investment of RMB200 million and annual capacity of over 10,000t, the first stage owns four workshops now. The activated aluminum oxide production line has gone into production while R&D center and medium-scale pilot line are decorated.
