Sichuan Jinding to invest RMB528 million in Haiying Technology

On the evening of July 16, Sichuan Jinding revealed that it plans to acquire 36.5625% of stakes in Haiying Technology held by Shenzhen Haiying Holding by cash of RMB468 million and then increase capital of RMB60 million for Haiying Technology. After the completion of the investment, Sichuan Jinding will become the controlling shareholder of Haiying Technology by holding 39.403% of shares of the latter.
