CITIC Dameng to establish Manganese United Institute with Guangxi University

On 20 June, CITIC Dameng signed a framework agreement with Guangxi University in Guangxi on the establishment of Manganese Resources Comprehensive Utilization and Advanced Materials Technology United Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Manganese United Institute").
Mr. Li Weijian, General Manager of CITIC Dameng, addressed that Guangxi University and CITIC Dameng would focus on manganese and contribute to local economy by taking Manganese United Institute as the innovation platform and giving full play to advantages of both parties and cooperate on R&D, industrial development and talent training in four fields, including manganese new energy materials development and industrialization, manganese rare metal recycling and deep-processing manganese products development, manganese mine advanced drilling technology and three wastes treatment of mining and metallurgy and ecological environment restoration.
