Infund Holding Group's 10,000tpy industrial grade lithium carbonate project approved

Recently, 10,000tpy industrial grade lithium carbonate project of the subordinate joint venture company of Infund Holding, located in the Qinghai was officially approved, which is not only Infund Holding Group's first lithium carbonate project in Qinghai, but its first developed project in this region.
According to the announcement of the company, the preliminary work of the first phase 10,000tpy industrial grade lithium carbonate project of Qinghai Zhongnong Infund Lithium Co., Ltd., the subordinate joint venture company of Infund Holding Group was approved by economic and information commission of Haixi Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture.
Qinghai Zhongnong Infund Lithium Co., Ltd., a joint venture company for lithium carbonate extraction, is jointly established by three companies, including Infund Holding Group and Sino-Agri, and is mainly engaged in relevant business, such as lithium carbonate extraction from lithium brine and lithium carbonate production. It was formally established in early April 2018 with registered capital of RMB200 million, and Indund Holding Group holds 41% of shares in the company.
In accordance with the plan, the joint venture company will invest and construct 10,000tpy industrial grade lithium carbonate production project in Qinghai. After the completion of the project, the profits of the project can be used for additional investments, until the project's annual capacity reach 30,000t.
