Inonge Wina: Zambian copper output to exceed 850,000t in 2017

Inonge Wina, Zambian vice president, stated on June 22 that Zambia, the African second largest copper producer, would produce 850,000t of copper in 2017, up by 79,403 from the figure of 770,597t in 2016.
Inonge Wina in the mining and energy conference said, “As proved copper projects expand output and we will exploit some new copper projects, output for the material in Zambia is expected to rise further.”
