According to information from both parties, the owner of the project is ACG, a subsidiary of Emirates Global Aluminium ("EGA") registered in Guinea. The project adopts the design-build method and the project content includes constructions of piers wharf, approach bridge, loading platform and other ancillary facilities, with a project term of 64 weeks.
The project is expected to achieve an annual capacity of 12 million tons upon completion and directly create 4,000 of employment positions.
