EVE Energy Co., Ltd. announced in a statement on February 16th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Jinquan New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hubei Jinquan”) received High and New Technology Enterprise Certificate jointly issued by Science and Technology Department of Hubei province, Finance Department of Hubei Province, Hubei State Administration of Taxation and Hubei Local Taxation Bureau. Certificate number is GR201642000301 with issue date on December 13th, 2016, valid for 3 years.
Leading group for the administration of determination of high and new technology enterprises awarded Guangdong EVCENS energy system co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EVCENS”) the High and New Technology Enterprise Certificate with number of GR201644000667 and issue date of December 30th, 2016.
According to relevant preferential tax policies made by Chinese government to high and new technology enterprises, Hubei Jinquan and EVCENS will benefit from these policies for 3 years in a row, namely paying enterprise income tax at the rate of 15%.
