Special campaign against rare earth activities violating laws and rules conducted in Pingchuan of Baiyin in Gansu

In order to further keep order and manage production and operation activities in rare earth market in Pingchuan district, Baiyin city, Gansu province, government there conducted a special campaign to fight against rare earth activities which violate laws and rules on January 20 with Liang Yufu, deputy head of the district, participating in the campaign.
During the motivation and deployment conference, Liang Yufu required related departments to attach great importance to the campaign, combine with practice and cooperate with each other to manage activities which violate laws and rules based on related laws and rules.
After the conference, special group of the campaign entered Gonghe town and Baoji town to make spot inspections for producing enterprises of rare earth, checking related procedures, reading records on production, business and equipments and offering suggestions. It was reported that important targets of this project were: seriously supervise and inspect activities which violate laws and rules in processes of smelting and separation; manage illegal processing of mineral products under the name of comprehensive usage; strictly keep transactions for rare earth products in order; inspect and track resources for rare earth products with low export prices and fight against illegal mining, unplanned production, illegal transactions and other activities which violate related laws and rules to stimulate healthy development of rare earth industry.
